David Franklin has accepted a position as Solicitor General for the Attorney General of Illinois necessitating his resignation from the ICA Board.
Franklin, a strong Expert -- and a DePaul law professor -- provided guidance and wisdom on a number of topics during his tenure on the board.
Kevin Taylor, already a board member at large, assumed the Chicagoland vice president role in August and will serve out the remaining few months of the term.
