ALL SECTIONS:
Byes: limit 2 (limit 3 in U1500 & U1300 sections), must commit before rd. two; 2nd voluntary bye in a Sunday round counts as 0.4 towards prizes. Players with FIDE or foreign national ratings will be placed in appropriate section by TD. In sections other than Open, players without a US Chess rating cannot win more than 50% of first prize.
