I have just noticed that the Peoria club has scheduled a tournament on the same day as ours.
I guess it's too late for either of us to change anything now.
Sorry guys. I didn't see it there when I checked the dates.

Sorry David. I checked the calendar before choosing dates and there was nothing there at the time. But then we have to go through a process to secure the site and I think we had to change from the 21st to the 28th in ordered to be able to get the Bradley site. So by the time we got the actual info together you may have already been choosing your date. Although we did have a place holder up for awhile.

This type of issue has happened often enough to make me think we need a better system than just the ICA calendar to avoid this overlappage of events. Maybe even just posting here of future plans would eliminate some of the duplications???

Yes, I agree on the need for a better system. There have been many times where I wanted to drive down to a Peoria event but its been conflicting with something else so I had to choose.
