2026 MLK Tournament

Four Sections –  Lower Primary (K-1) G/30 d5, Upper Primary (2-3) G/30 d5, Elementary (4/5) G/30 d5, Junior High (6-8) G/45 d5 

All sections play 5 rounds except Junior High plays 4 rounds

Entry Fee/Registration: $30 paid at the door

Must be current USCF member and checked in by 8:30 am day of tournament to be paired.

Note: Club teams are not allowed for this tournament. Only schools may be selected in the team field.

Awards: 

Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Elementary

• Top 5 Overall
• Various rating bands
• Top 5 teams

Junior High

• Top 5 Overall
• Various rating bands
• Top 4 overall

Schedule: First round begins at 9:00am – subsequent rounds begin as sections end

Byes:  Zero-point bye only in the last round
