This event is held after Round 3 of the 2026 North Central Open, at the same venue.
Current US Chess membership is required. The tournament uses the highest of a player's published US Chess ratings
(Regular, Online Regular, Quick, Online Quick) for pairings and prizes; only the player's Quick rating is affected by
results from this event.

Schedule & Time Control
Time control: G/10 + 3 second increment. Accelerated pairings may be used.
Round Times (4 Rounds)
• Round 1 — 8:00 PM
• Round 2 — 8:30 PM
• Round 3 — 9:00 PM
• Round 4 — 9:30 PM
Entries received after 7:45 PM may be assigned a half-point bye for Round 1.

Refunds require at least two hours advance notice. Refunds are subject to a $1 registration fee plus a 2.9% payment-
processing fee.
