When:  Friday, September 20 AND September 27, 2024. 6-9:30pm, first round @ 7:00pm sharp.
Where:  Oak Lawn, IL

Description:
Time control: G/25;d5 4 rounds (2/night). No byes.  You can choose to have your games USCF rated or not, AND choose to play only one night or both. For pairings, we will use the most recent USCF ratings list.
One section only, includes rated and unrated players.  Swiss Pairing.   
Location:
Oak Lawn Community Center, 4625 W. 110^th Street, Oak Lawn, IL.    Rm. 9.  Opens at 6:00pm.

Entry Fee: $0.00. Confirming, no entry fee.

Onsite Registration:
Room doesn’t open until 6:00pm. Registration from 6-6:55pm.  During registration, notify the TD if you want your games rated or not and whether you will play both nights. Those registering after 7:00 risk starting play with round 2 and no points. Be prepared to show current USCF membership if choosing rated games. This is a no smoking building.  Free parking.  Wheelchair accessible.

Rounds & Equipment:
Round 1 starts at 7:00pm.   Boards and sets are provided.  Please bring clocks as we have a limited supply.

Prizes:
$200 total prize fund. Separate prize money for upper and lower rated participants.  The rating cutoff and prize amount will be determined by the tournament directors based on the rating distribution of players.
