Unrated Beginner Kids Section: For newbies who do not have a USCF rating. $10 entry fee. Additional information: Byes: One ½ point bye per player. Last round bye must be requested prior to the start of round 2. Byes for other rounds must be requested 1 hour prior to start of round. NO ELECTRONIC SCORESHEETS. Cell phones must be off when in playing area. Light refreshments and pizza provided by Western Illinois University.
